About this role

إدارة فنيي وعمال الإنتاج يوميًا لتحقيق أعلى إنتاجية بأقل تكلفة. متابعة معدلات الإنتاج كل ساعة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة عند الحاجة. التأكد من توافر مواد التعبئة والتغليف لتنفيذ خطة الإنتاج. ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات التشغيل القياسية SOPs وممارسات التصنيع الجيدة GMP ومعايير النظافة. عزل الدُفعات غير المطابقة وإجراء تحليل السبب الجذري واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية. التنسيق مع فريق الصيانة لضمان سرعة الإصلاحات عند توقف خطوط الإنتاج. إعداد واستكمال التقارير اليومية الخاصة بالإنتاج. متابعة استخدام المواد وتقليل الهدر والخردة. التأكد من الالتزام بتعليمات وإجراءات السلامة. التأكد من نظافة صالة الإنتاج وأماكن العمل التابعة لها. قياس إنتاجية التصنيع من خلال التوافر والأداء والجودة (OEE). متابعة تحقيق حجم الإنتاج المخطط وموثوقية خطوط الإنتاج. متابعة نسبة الهدر وفاقد المواد أثناء الإنتاج.…
