Job Purpose The Packaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily packaging operations to ensure products are packed efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards and production targets. Key Responsibilities Supervise packaging line activities to meet production schedules and performance targets. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Lead and support packaging team members to maintain productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
