A. Resource Ownership & Matrix Moderation · Oversee and manage the centralized intake system for all incoming asset, facilities, labor, and advisory requests from all internal regional arms and external client segments. · Apply strict prioritization rules, balancing seasonal crop timelines and biological urgencies against contractual SLAs to allocate resources without internal bias. · Act as the first-line moderator when resource constraints or scheduling deadlocks occur between different farm portfolios, TS teams, or commercial accounts.
