About this role

Lead and supervise the dates procurement team to meet operational goals. Develop and implement procurement strategies for dates to support the commercial plan. Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, availability, and delivery terms. Ensure timely and accurate purchase orders and follow-ups to maintain adequate dates inventory. Collaborate with supply chain team to forecast and plan dates purchasing requirements. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or service. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
