About this role
Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure daily implementation of HACCP, GMP, and company quality procedures. Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Support internal and external quality audits. Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Verify that quality records are completed accurately and maintained. Quality Control & Product Inspection Supervise quality inspections throughout raw materials, production, packaging, and finished goods. Review inspection results and ensure timely disposition of non-conforming products. Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and quality checkpoints. Approve product release according to established quality standards when delegated by the Quality Manager.…
