You’re not just leading a team; you’re shaping the technical vision and execution of Lio’s enterprise AI platform. As Head of Engineering, you’ll work closely with the CTO and Core Engineering to drive product architecture, engineering excellence, and scalable delivery across all teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor Lio’s engineering teams, including Core, Product, and Infrastructure engineers
- Work with the CTO and Core Engineers to define technical vision, architecture, and product roadmap
