In deze rol ben je strategisch sparringpartner voor management en directie en pak je de regie op de belangrijkste P&O-thema’s. Je vertaalt de organisatiestrategie naar concrete keuzes en zorgt dat deze ook daadwerkelijk worden doorgevoerd in de praktijk. Je brengt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt voor voortgang in een omgeving waar veel tegelijk speelt. Je bent een ervaren kartrekker die richting geeft aan het P&O-team en verbinding creëert. Je brengt een heldere visie op HR en duurzaam werkgeverschap en weet wat dit betekent voor thema’s als inzetbaarheid, ontwikkeling en organisatie-inrichting.…
