Jouw impact als Teamleider Tuinplanten Als Teamleider Tuinplanten ben je verantwoordelijk voor een van de belangrijkste en meest dynamische afdelingen van het tuincentrum. Je combineert leidinggeven met commercie, vakkennis en klantcontact. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat klanten worden geïnspireerd en goed geadviseerd en dat de afdeling iedere dag op zijn best is. Je staat midden in de dagelijkse praktijk en krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om de afdeling verder te ontwikkelen. Je coacht je team, houdt zicht op de commerciële prestaties en denkt continu na over hoe assortiment, presentatie en klantbeleving nóg beter kunnen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de Bedrijfsleider en de andere teamleiders.…
