ABOUT THE ROLE
Luminovo builds software that powers the electronics supply chain. We're scaling our OEM segment and looking for a BDR Lead who can run their own outbound pipeline and coach a team of 3–5 BDRs across Europe and North America.
This is a true player-coach role: you'll carry individual quota while owning team targets and developing the people hitting them. It's the right next step for a senior BDR or SDR who's ready to move into team leadership without leaving the craft behind.
What you'll do
- Run your own multichannel outbound — email, phone, LinkedIn, events — targeting OEM buyers in the electronics industry across DACH and English-speaking markets
