RESTAURANT BARISTA | JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY
At Magnolia, the Restaurant Barista is responsible for creating quality beverages and maintaining a clean and comfortable restaurant environment. This position ensures the highest level of customer care to guests by providing exceptional service and assistance. This position works from Magnolia Table in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Assistant Front of House Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the highest level of guest care, in line with Magnolia’s brand
Greet guests with enthusiasm
Create a variety of high-quality beverages and coffees per Magnolia’s standards and recipes*
Answer questions regarding coffee, cocktails, beer, wine and menu items to guests…
