JOB SUMMARY: The Medication Home Delivery Courier uses a MAHEC fleet vehicle to pick up and deliver prescription medications, medical supplies, and related materials from multiple MAHEC pharmacies to patient homes across Buncombe, Henderson, and surrounding counties. This includes interoffice deliveries between campus facilities as well as satellite offices and affiliated locations around the Western NC MAHEC region . This role ensures safe, timely , and compliant delivery of medications—including controlled substances—while maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all MAHEC, state, and federal regulations. The courier may also collect cash payments from patients when required and is responsible for secure handling, documentation, and return of collected funds.…
