About this role

Job Summary: Assist coding supervisor as the main resource for team inquiries, coordinating training and onboarding for new hires, and maintaining accessible team resources. Job Description: Plans and assists with new hire onboarding and training. Provides refresher training for existing staff. Responsible for tracking, maintaining and organizing resources for training. Serves as first point of contact for resolution of questions from members of team . Escalates complex questions/trends to leadership . Responsible for working on all encounter lists and troubleshooting contingent upon need . Assists with coding/ charge entry 50% of time .
