Job Summary: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems, structures and grounds throughout the facility. Job Description: Assists with installation, testing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed. Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons. Maintains records of installations. Takes inventory of repair parts and supplies. Performs maintenance of grounds as needed and scheduled. Some employees in this job may operate a motor vehicle to conduct MaineGeneral Health business.
