About this role

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Pricing Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for completing patient pricing estimates in accordance with the No Surprise Act and responding to self-pay or insured estimate requests from patients. The Estimator will work closely with various departments across the organization to ensure accurate and timely estimates are provided. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Create patient pricing estimates. Review estimates upon request from patients and/or departments. Explain insurance benefits and eligibility to patients. Contact appropriate internal/external resources to complete estimates or address estimate concerns. Refer/escalate issues to the manager as necessary.…
