Plan Member Admin - Electronic File Analyst

The Electronic File Eligibility Analyst in Plan Member Administration (PMA) is responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and customer service to clients and staff within Plan Sponsor Services to ensure the successful transmission and upload of demographic, eligibility, and contribution data files into Manulife systems. The Electronic Analyst works within a fast-paced team where information integrity, turn-around time, and responsiveness are critical to ensure accuracy and a positive client experience with Manulife.
