BDR MANAGER We are seeking a driven and highly structured BDR Manager to join our team in Singapore and build our Business Development function across APAC. This is a foundational Go-To-Market (GTM) role, focused on pipeline creation, lead qualification, and building a world-class BDR engine from the ground up. You will be hands-on in the early days—running inbound and outbound qualification calls yourself—while also owning the processes, SOPs, and team management required to scale a high-performing BDR organization.
