About this role
The Senior Laytime Analyst is a pivotal role within the Marcura Claims and can develop along two complementary paths depending on individual strengths and organisational needs. In both paths, the Senior Analyst carries greater responsibility than the Laytime Analyst grade and is expected to operate with a high degree of independence, professional judgement, and accountability. The first path is a continued specialist track, where the Senior Analyst manages a caseload of standard to moderately complex cases — similar in nature to the Laytime Analyst grade — but takes on expanded responsibility within the team.…
