Este profissional será responsável por liderar e facilitar atividades de melhoria contínua, promovendo a eficiência operacional, a redução de perdas dos indicadores que compõe o CBN de MOM (TRS/Case Fill/LTI/Quality Critical Incidents/PCC) e a melhoria dos indicadores dos Grupos Autônomos (MTTR/MTBBD/Tempo Limpeza/Tempo Set up).
