Manager, Trade Architecture Mix

Job Description: Job Summary The Manager, Trade Architecture & Mix Management, is responsible for developing and executing trade investment strategies that drive profitable growth across the Mars Snacking portfolio. This role leads the design of customer and channel trade architectures, optimizes trade spend allocation, and delivers mix management strategies that improve revenue, margin, and market competitiveness. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Category Leadership, and Demand Planning, the Manager translates strategic growth priorities into actionable customer investments, pricing frameworks, and assortment recommendations.
