Job Description: As P&O Business Partner you will be a trusted advisor to the Factory Site Line Manager and Supply Chain Leadership Team, partnering to deploy regional and functional people priorities across both sites. This role serves as the primary on-site P&O resource for associates and leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, supporting people processes and systems, ensuring data integrity, and enabling a positive associate experience through strong partnership with MyP&O, Centers of Excellence, and regional P&O teams.
