Job Description: Company: Mars Pet Care- Bolton, ON Title: Shift Technician – Millwright ($45.50 + per hr) What do we manufacture?: Pet Products Required shift: 12 hour rotating shifts Shift rotates between days (7am - 7:30pm) and nights (7pm - 7:30am) Pay: Minimum $45.50 per hour, depending on experience, with ample overtime opportunities. Bonus (FIP): Target bonus of 5% of base pay, depending on company performance. Merit Pay: Annual i ncrease to base pay, based on your performance. Tools: All hand & power tools provided by Mars. Job Purpose: We’re looking for a Shift Technician – Millwright, who will be responsible for on-shift preventive & predictive maintenance, alongside effective troubleshooting & repair of breakdowns across production & utilities.…
