Job Description: GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION: Conduct all aspects of securement training for driver applicants. Identify challenges and provide mentoring. Provide continued education and training to all company drivers as required by Maverick. This positions’ work hours are Sunday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Train applicants on Maverick’s load securement practices. Present educational material in both classroom and hands-on environments. Ensure applicant completes all academic criteria through Maverick's LMS and Luma software. Work as a team to ensure consistency throughout the training program. 2.
