Job Description: GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Yard Manager will operate in, and manage, a team of employees providing yard services to a customer. Services to include up to operating a yard tractor, moving empty & loaded trailers, securing and tarping freight, operating heavy equipment, managing inventory, shuttling trailers, and other duties as assigned. Yard manager is responsible for managing employee safety standards, employees work schedules, work performance of his/her assigned employees, providing performance feedback, and upholding the safety and operational standards of the company.…
