About this role

We are looking for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to lead the housing design of our next generation charger, Motor controller Unit(MCU), DC to DC convertor and Vehicle controller unit (VCU). He will be working with the internal and external stack holders and responsible for all the mechanical design, simulation, development and testing of mechanical parts. Responsibilities Prepare the different mechanical design concepts for Charger, MCU and VCU e.t.c which meets size, functional and cost requirement. Design and own the different mechanical parts of metal, plastic and rubber. Execute the tolerance analysis, thermal analysis and vibration analysis. Work with the ECAD team and own the mechanical integration of a PCBA. Define the assembly process and sequence for the high volume manufacturing.…
