About this role

Maxwell Energy Systems is building the next generation of intelligent electronics for electric mobility. Our engineering teams design and develop products across Battery Management Systems (BMS), EV Chargers, Motor Controllers, DC-DC Converters and other automotive electronic systems for leading EV manufacturers in India and global markets. We are looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer who can take complete ownership of complex electronic hardware from architecture and component selection through circuit design, PCB development, validation and production. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving challenging hardware problems and wants to see their designs deployed in real products at scale.…
