JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Re-entry Peer Mentor provides ongoing, individualized student support services designed to help program participants persist and successfully complete their education and training goals. The position works with program staff, faculty members and other staff throughout the College to continually assess students’ progress, implement helpful interventions and track individual outcomes.
