Annual salary: up to £37,000.00 Carpenter Location: Birmingham Contract: Full Time Permanent Salary up to £37,000 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday) About the role: We're looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our Birmingham Voids team, helping to refurbish and prepare empty social housing properties for new tenants. This is a hands-on role where you'll carry out a wide range of carpentry repairs, renewals and installations within void properties. From replacing internal doors and kitchen units to completing finishing works and general refurbishment tasks, you'll play a key role in ensuring homes are safe, secure and ready to let.…
