Certified Nurse Assistant, Unit Clerk, Intermediate Step-down - Days

OVERVIEW This role provides hands-on patient care, including answering call lights, taking vital signs, monitoring blood glucose, assisting with medical devices, and documenting care. The person also keeps patient areas and supplies organized, may work on different units as needed, helps train new staff, and supports nurses with tasks such as catheter and drain care. SCHEDULE: 36-hours per week SHIFT: Days ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides patient care as assigned and per routine as defined by educational scope, according to standards of care, shift routines, and policies and procedures.
