About this role
Overview Provides direct support to physicians and patients by assisting with prescribed medical treatments and personal care in a hospital setting. Supports the nursing team and may work days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and/or on-call shifts. Schedule : 40-hours per week Shift : Variable Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serves as resource person for Endoscopy equipment used. Evaluates new equipment, orders and restocks supplies. Does periodic check of schedule for specific supplies, requests by physicians/Lead RN. Works with Materials to stay within contact to control costs. Independently assists physician procedures in general GI and interventional GI cases. Communicates with appropriate departments concerning equipment problems.…
