About this role

Au sein du pôle MCO de notre client, vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement quotidien d'une infrastructure applicative critique déployée sur un grand nombre de sites répartis sur le territoire national. Vos missions Vous analysez et investiguez les incidents complexes (N2/N3) liés à l'application métier, qu'ils soient d'ordre technique ou fonctionnel : Incidents fonctionnels : dysfonctionnement applicatif, erreur de configuration, régression... Incidents techniques : problème de routage, panne serveur, charge anormale...…
