Compliance Legal Staff

• Perform risk assessments across functional areas and maintain operational risk. • Participate and assist with development of systems to facilitate risk monitoring and risk improvement by ensuring that the risk identification process is aligned with the Groups targets and objectives. • Assist with the development and implementation of compliance plans and programs. • Assist with the development of the strategic plans to achieve agreed targets and effective planning. • Prepare Compliance Program Reports for top-level management based on internal reviews. • Identify the shortfalls in and/or potential improvements to policy and process; assess effectiveness of current policies and processes and recommend and implement required changes.…
