About this role

Empresa del rubro industrial y logístico, se encuentra en búsqueda de su próximo/a Customer Service – Reemplazo Pre y Post Natal , quien será responsable de apoyar la gestión comercial y operativa, coordinando pedidos, órdenes de compra, despachos, documentación y requerimientos de clientes. ¿Qué harás? Gestionar órdenes de compra, pedidos y solicitudes de clientes, validando información comercial, stock y condiciones acordadas. Coordinar despachos y seguimiento de entregas junto a las áreas de Operaciones, Logística y Comercio Exterior. Atender requerimientos de clientes corporativos, entregando respuestas oportunas sobre pedidos, documentación, stock y despachos. Apoyar la gestión documental y de facturación, incluyendo guías, notas de venta, facturas y documentos pendientes.…
