About this role
Empresa del rubro industrial y logístico se encuentra en búsqueda de su próximo/a Ejecutivo/a de Servicio al Cliente B2B , quien será responsable de apoyar la gestión comercial y operativa, asegurando una atención oportuna y una correcta coordinación de los pedidos, despachos, documentación y requerimientos de los clientes. ¿Qué harás? Gestionar órdenes de compra, pedidos y solicitudes de clientes, validando información comercial, stock y condiciones acordadas. Coordinar despachos y seguimiento de entregas junto a las áreas de Operaciones, Logística y Comercio Exterior. Atender requerimientos de clientes corporativos, entregando respuestas oportunas sobre pedidos, documentación, stock y despachos.…
