About this role

Job Purpose The Director Customer and Market Insights will serve as a strategic partner to the Commercial organisation, ensuring that market, customer, patient, payer and competitive insights are translated into actionable business decisions that accelerate launch readiness and optimise commercial performance. As MoonLake prepares for a major product launch in Dermatology, this individual will lead the business intelligence function, generating insights that inform brand strategy, go-to-market planning, market access, customer engagement, investment prioritisation and launch execution. This role requires a proven launch professional with demonstrated experience supporting the successful pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases of a specialty pharmaceutical or biotechnology brand.…
