About this role

Job Purpose Build MoonLake's field incentive-compensation governance from the ground up. This role will translate launch strategy into clear, fair and motivating incentive plans; own payout governance and quality; and provide trusted performance analytics across Sales and other eligible field organizations. Your profile Major Accountabilities Design, model and govern incentive-compensation plans aligned with U.S. strategy, role accountabilities and compliant behaviours. Lead annual and in-year IC governance, including goal methodology, plan documents, approvals, scenario testing and change control.
