About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du bist verantwortlich für die operative und administrative Führung und Motivation des Front Office Teams. Aktive Gastgeberrolle und erster Ansprechpartner für Gäste. Du übernimmst die Dienstplan- und Urlaubsgestaltung. Du optimierst stetig die Arbeitsabläufe und sorgst für eine korrekte Kassenabrechnung. Aktives Upselling Enge Kooperation mit allen Abteilungen. Einarbeitung, Entwicklung und Motivation des Teams. Du sorgst für die permanente Sicherstellung & Weiterentwicklung der Qualität. Einhaltung der Vorschriften von HACCP und aller hygienisch relevanten Gesichtspunkte sowie Arbeitssicherheit. Dein Profil Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotelfach und schon einschlägige Berufserfahrung am Empfang.…
