About this role

So bringst du deine PS auf die Straße Als erste Ansprechperson im IT-Support unterstützt du unsere Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragestellungen rund um Arbeitsplatzsysteme, Hardware, Software, Drucker, Benutzerkonten und mobile Endgeräte. Im Helpdesk und 1st-Level-Support analysierst du Störungen, priorisierst Anfragen und sorgst für eine schnelle, serviceorientierte Lösung oder koordinierst die Weitergabe an interne und externe IT-Spezialisten.
