E-commerce Business Operations Assistant

Role Overview The E-commerce Business Operations Assistant will support the end-to-end operations and growth of MOVA’s cashback and e-commerce business in the Malaysian market. This role will be responsible for merchant and affiliate channel operations, localized marketing campaigns, user and promoter management, social media and traffic operations, business data analysis, and compliance monitoring. The position requires a strong understanding of the Malaysian e-commerce and cashback ecosystem, particularly platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop Malaysia.
