About this role

Job Purpose Lead day-to-day operations of MOVA's cashback platform in the Thailand market ; owning merchant/platform partnerships, campaign execution, and cross-functional delivery between tech, marketing, and regional HQ. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field. Experience: Min. 3 years in operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role. Digital apps, e-commerce, fintech, or marketplace background strongly preferred. Technical foundation (mandatory): Working understanding of mobile/web app product cycles (release flow, QA/UAT, bug triage, incident escalation).…
