About this role

Key Responsibilities Administer and support business-critical applications in production environments. Deploy application releases and perform post-deployment validation. Troubleshoot application, SQL, IIS, and Windows-related issues. Perform SQL Server administration, including query execution, troubleshooting, backups, restores, and performance analysis. Manage Windows Server components including IIS, services, certificates, DNS, and Active Directory. Investigate and resolve production incidents within SLA. Review, update, and improve operational documentation and SOPs. Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting for applications. Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities. Work with development, infrastructure, database, and security teams to resolve issues.…
