About this role

MRI is expanding rapidly and we are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving retention and revenue growth, and helping customers maximize the value of their investment in MRI's software solutions. Working with a portfolio of customers across multiple industries, you will act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to expand solution adoption and support clients in achieving their business objectives. This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role within a fast-paced Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment.
