About this role

Job Summary: (6-8 Yrs) The NOC Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the network, servers, and IT infrastructure. This role involves responding to incidents, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of the IT Infrastructure. The NOC Engineer will work in a team-oriented environment and provide support for various technical challenges. Key Responsibilities: Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance and server health using various tools and dashboards. Detect, diagnose, and resolve IT infrastructure issues promptly. Daily checks need to be done as part of NOC responsibilities. Incident Response: Respond to Server incidents, performing initial troubleshooting and escalations as needed as Per SLA.…
