About this role
Progressive professional role responsible for core property accounting deliverables across assigned portfolios. Within this band, accountants demonstrate increasing independence, technical capability, and ownership of financial reporting, reconciliations, review-note resolution, and support for junior staff. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process cash application and AP coding as part of the monthly close and portfolio support cycle. Prepare and complete bank reconciliations in MRI, including investigation and resolution of reconciling items. Prepare, review, and generate monthly financial reports for assigned properties. Validate balance sheet balances and compare income statement activity to the trial balance/general ledger for accuracy.…
