About this role
POSITION SUMMARY: This Analyst will work in a small team environment while processing and implementing new voicemail scripts for the Callmax website, using Goldwave audio editing software. Both new and existing account updates will be managed simultaneously, while communicating with teams internally and with our clients. Over time, this role will expand to be the primary back-up for our script writing position: gathering leasing information from property managers and creating written voicemail scripts tailored to their community (creative writing skills not required!). A successful candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, and enjoy repetitive tasks.…
