Job Description Role summary The Retail Brand Marketing is responsible for translating brand strategy into retail-specific marketing plans across multiple therapeutic areas, including diabetes, lipid management, HIV, anti-infectives, antivirals, and other priority portfolios. This role will generate deep insights into brand performance, patient needs, pharmacist perception, and retail customer dynamics to shape differentiated brand plans, value-based messaging, and scalable engagement programs that strengthen brand positioning, pharmacist advocacy, and patient awareness.
