Department Theatre Position Summary A skilled craftsperson responsible for constructing, assembling and installing scenic elements for theatrical production utilizing various materials and techniques to ensure quality and safety. They are involved in the installation, rigging and strike of these elements. The position assists in the supervision of student crews and workers and may assist other production areas as needed. They report to the Scene Shop Manager and the Technical Director. Salary for Announcement $22.00 per hour. 9-month employment with potential to renew for following academic year. Work will be consistent 19 hours per week with occasional potential for up to 40 hours per week based on shop needs and manager approval.…
