At ITEC we design and build high-volume, high-speed, and high-accuracy machines that enable our customers to assemble and test 250 million semiconductors every single day. Are you an experienced Process Engineer who thrives in an environment where micrometers matter and innovation drives every design choice? We are looking for a Principal Process Engineer who will be focused on developing and optimizing the process steps of the ITEC Advance Semiconductor Die bonding systems.
