About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du machst MICE DESK sichtbar — auf den Bühnen der Hotellerie und in den Postfächern der Entscheider:innen. Marketing und Events sind bei uns kein Selbstzweck, sondern Treibstoff für die Pipeline. Du planst und verantwortest unsere Präsenz auf Branchen-Events und Messen (z. B. ITB, HSMA-Formate): von der Standidee über die Logistik bis zum Follow-up, das aus Visitenkarten Termine macht. Du konzipierst und organisierst eigene Formate — Webinare, Roundtables, Kundenevents — die die richtigen Leute in einen Raum bringen. Du baust unsere Marken- und Content-Präsenz aus, allen voran auf LinkedIn: authentisch und direkt, nicht Hochglanz-Corporate. Du lieferst dem Sales-Team Munition: Kampagnen, Materialien und Ideen, die Türen öffnen, statt in Broschüren zu verstauben.…
