About this role

About We are looking for a change agent who can improve On-Time Delivery, increase throughput, optimize capacity, and implement Lean Manufacturing practices across plating and precision surface finishing operations. The successful candidate will have the authority to identify bottlenecks, improve production flow, implement visual management systems, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across all hard chrome plating, grinding, repair, and finishing operations.
