About Lead quality excellence in aerospace electroplating. Drive AS9100 deployment and maintain NADCAP compliance. Mentor inspection teams to ensure defect-free Hard Chrome, TDC, Cadmium, Copper, and Electroless Nickel parts. INTERVIEW TODAY! Responsibilities Lead and improve quality systems (AS9100 deployment & NADCAP compliance). Supervise and mentor inspection teams in receiving, in-process, and final inspections. Oversee Magnetic Particle (MPI) & Dye Penetrant Inspections (DPI). Interpret engineering drawings and aerospace specifications for plating compliance. Manage non-conformances, NCRs, rejections, and corrective actions (CAPA). Collect and analyze quality and process data to identify defect trends and process improvements.…
